Podcast Galore!

I've been working for a while now getting Dr. Stoddard lined up for various podcasts in order to spread our education about hydration and electrolyte balance. Well, all the "connecting the dots" has finally paid off.

Dr. Stoddard has just had his first podcast released on YourMTB.com. It's going to be a series and it started off with an introduction on who he is and how his product came about. Further episodes in this series will cover heat related illnesses and what is needed to overcome and help prevent them.

We will also be spreading the series around on other podcasts, although I'm sure they won't be exactly the same. The other's you can find us on later this spring and summer will be The FredCast, Crooked Cog, and Simply Stu. Keep on the lookout for them as the information to be had can be used to make your training and competing in the heat the best you've had yet. Cheers!

Mas O Manos Ultra Endurance MTB Race

Weather wise, this year's Mas O Manos sure beat last year's. It wasn't a whole lot warmer, but at least the sun was out. E load(TM) was the official course drink for the race and I heard a lot of great feedback about it.
There were 425 people competing and those who didn't come missed out on the biggest prize purse offered from any of the USA Cyling Ultra Endurance MTB Calendar events! If you're one of the people who missed it, you'd better block your time out for next year's event.
